Spearheaded a video-first social media strategy to capitalize on trending moments within our sector. This has served particularly valuable with the rise in AI generated content as we help protect people against scams. Video views have gone up 59% in the last year.

Updated Creative

We worked hard to update our creative across all brands, transitioning to content optimized for organic social media that keeps the brand integrity while offering a larger variety of content. 

Intelligence & Analytics

I've implemented multiple listening streams that have helped us determine brand share of voice, competitor insights and customer insights on Reddit, where honesty rules the day. We've used this information to implement new KPI frameworks that highlight our engaged audience: in the last year, engagements increased by 27% and link clicks by 36%
